APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER, FIRM OR CONSORTIUM TO ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND REFORM & RURAL DEVELOPMENT (DLRRD) WITH MEDIATION SERVICES IN TERMS OF SECTION 36 (1) OF THE LABOUR TENANTS ACT 3 OF 1996 TO PROVIDE MEDIATION SERVICES IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION OF BOTHA’S HULP AND SNYMANSHOEK OPSTAL LABOUR TENANTS.
