TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE PROVISION OF PEST CONTROL TREATMENT SERVICES FOR SIU WESTERN CAPE PROVINCE FOR A TWELVE (12) MONTHS PERIOD

The Special Investigation Unit (SIU) in the Western Cape is seeking a service provider for pest control treatment services for its provincial office. This contract will be for a period of twelve (12) months. The services required include monthly pest control treatments, quarterly fumigation, and specific attention to rat and mouse extermination within the 1165m2 office space. Scope of work

Important requirements

• Proof of registration as a Pest Control Operator (PCO) with a valid P-Registration from the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.(RFQ 116 2026 27 Request for Fumiga..., section start)
• The bidder must attach two (2) contactable reference letters for pest control services done previously.(RFQ 116 2026 27 Request for Fumiga..., section start)
• Proof of National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD Summary report) and CSD Overall Tax Status must be compliant.(RFQ 116 2026 27 Request for Fumiga..., section start)

How to submit

• Quotations must be submitted by the closing date and time of 03 September 2026 at 16:00.
