Scope of work

• Site clearance including general clearance of the area of works.
• Concrete works including mass concrete, Grade 25/19 MPa concrete base, and construction of concrete driveways.
• Earthworks and layerworks involving cut to fill, cut to spoil, importing fill, road formation, and layerworks using G5 and G2 materials.
• Stormwater drainage construction including new concrete pipes, manholes, and headwalls, and raising/lowering existing manholes.
• Asphalt roadwork involving construction of a 5.0m wide road using 40mm AC - Sa-S14.
• Protection works including reno mattress and gabion boxes.
• Services including proving of existing services and relocation of existing services such as electricity and water.
