The eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality is inviting bids for integrated infrastructure maintenance and construction services. This tender covers buildings, facilities, and engineering systems for a period of 36 months. The services required include preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of various systems. Scope of work

• Repair works for air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, and associated auxiliary equipment, including fault-finding and component replacement.(Air-conditioning Maintenance BOQ 2..., sheet BILL 2 - REPAIRS)
• Supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment.(Air-conditioning Maintenance BOQ 2..., sheet BILL 3 - UNITARY INSTALLATION)

Important requirements

• All LED Luminaires shall have a minimum of 50,000 hours life, a 5-year warranty, SABS approval, and internal surge protection.(1. Electrical Works BOQ.xlsx, sheet BILL08)
