PROVISION OF A NEXT- GENERATION WIDE AREA NETWORK, SECURE INTERNET CONNECTIVITY, MANAGED SECURITY, DISASTER RECOVERY AND RELATED MANAGED SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.
