APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SERVICE GAS SUPPRESSION SYSTEM FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND REFORM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT AT 2 RIEBEEK STREET, CAPE TOWN FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (06) MONTHS
