TERM TENDER FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER/S TO PROVIDE LEVELS 1, 2 AND 3 FIRST AID, SELF DEFENSE, SITUATIONAL CRIME PREVENTION AND TACTICAL EMERGENCY CASUALTY CARE TRAINING TO NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCHES (NWs) INCLUDING ALL VOLUNTEERS FOR THE CITY OF CAPE TOWN.
