What this tender is about

Oudtshoorn Municipality is inviting small businesses to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of refreshments and dry ingredients. This is an as-and-when-required contract for a period of one year. Bidders must be registered on the Centralised Supplier Database. Submissions must be deposited into the tender box at the Oudtshoorn Municipality offices by the closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation.

• Supply and delivery of refreshments and dry ingredients to Oudtshoorn Municipality as and when required for a period of 1 year.

How to submit

• Quotations must be deposited into the tender box at the Oudtshoorn Municipality, 26 Church Street, Oudtshoorn, 6625, by no later than 12:00 on 30 September 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Formal quotations will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 Preference Point System prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (2022), and the Municipality’s Supply Chain Management Policy.
