TERM CONTRACT PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION / UPGRADE / REFURBISHMENT / REMEDIAL WORKS / COMPLETION AND COMMISSIONING OF SPECIFIC WATER, WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS, WATER AND SEWER PIPELINES, RESERVOIR AND BOREHOLE DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS WITHIN THE EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS.
