APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF LEGAL SERVICE PROVIDERS TO RENDER SPECIALISED SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FOR THE KWAZULU-NATAL PROVINCIAL TREASURY
