APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDERS ON A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE MANUFACTURE, BRANDING AND SUPPLY OF STANDARDISED ATTIRE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS AND SPORT (DCAS) FOR A 3 YEAR PERIOD WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR A FURTHER ONE (1) YEAR
