APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER AN INTEGRATED EMPLOYEE HEALTH, WELLNESS & WORK-LIFE BALANCE PROGRAMME TO THE COMMISSION FOR CONCILIATION, MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION (CCMA) FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS.

The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) is seeking a service provider to offer an integrated employee health, wellness, and work-life balance programme. This programme is intended to run for a period of thirty-six months. The CCMA is located at 28 Harrison Street, Marshalltown, Johannesburg. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 20 August 2026 at 11:00. Proposals must be submitted by 2 September 2026 at 11:00. This is a Request for Proposal procurement method.

Scope of work

• Appointment of a service provider to render an integrated employee health, wellness & work-life balance programme to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) for a period of thirty-six (36) months.

• Proposals must be submitted by 2 September 2026 at 11:00.
