CONSTRUCTION OF THATHEZAKHE SPECIAL SCHOOL IN LUVISI, NQUTHU, UMZINYATHI DISTRICT, KWAZULU-NATAL The CDC is inviting capable and competent contractors with an active CIDB grading of 9GB. Potential Emerging Contractor with a CIDB Grading of 8GB PE CIDB are not eligible to make submissions and will not be considered.

The project is located in Luvisi, Nquthu, within the Umzinyathi District of KwaZulu-Natal. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 2026-09-11 at 11:00. Bids must be submitted by 12:00 on 2026-10-05. Contractors must possess an active CIDB grading of 9GB. Emerging contractors with an 8GB PE CIDB grading are not eligible to submit bids.

Tender documents can be collected from the CDC Umhlanga Office, 18 Cranbrook Crescent from 28 August 2026 from 10h00. A non-refundable bid fee of R 1 500.00 should be deposited to Account Name: CDC – DoE; Standard Bank, Account No: 080 224 555, Branch Code 050 017 and proof of payment is required upon collection of the bid documents.
