APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR MAINTENANCE,REPAIRS AND EMERGENCY CALL OUT ON VARIOUS CRITICAL MECHANICAL ANDELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AT COUNCIL FOR GEOSCIENCE OFFICES FOR A PERIOD OFTHREE (03) YEARS.

Scope of work

• Maintenance, repairs, and emergency call-out services for critical mechanical and electrical systems.
• Services to be provided at Council for Geoscience offices.
• Contract duration of three (03) years.

Important requirements

• Bidders must complete the cells highlighted in yellow in the Excel BOQ.(Pricing Schedule- Excel Format.xls..., sheet A. HQ HVAC)
• Rates are inclusive of labour, tools, health and safety requirements, and travelling.(Pricing Schedule- Excel Format.xls..., sheet A. HQ HVAC)
• An indicative escalation of 6% is used, linked to the CPI.(Pricing Schedule- Excel Format.xls..., sheet A. HQ HVAC)
