REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, DECOMMISSIONING AND DISPOSAL OF AUDIO AND VIDEO CONFERENCING EQUIPMENT FOR THE OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT MEDIA CENTRE, OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT EMERGENCY COMMAND CENTRE AND VARIOUS OTHER ACSA AIRPORTS MEETING ROOMS, FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS.

Scope of work

• Supply, installation, decommissioning, and disposal of audio and video conferencing equipment for multiple ACSA locations, including OR Tambo International Airport Media Centre and Emergency Command Centre.

Important requirements

• All prices must be quoted in South African Rands and include all resources, project management fees, insurance, and exchange rate fluctuations for the contract duration.(Annexure B Pricing - Locked.xlsx, sheet Introduction)
• Bidders are required to quote as per the provided schedule; failure to do so will lead to disqualification.(Annexure B Pricing - Locked.xlsx, sheet Introduction)
