What this tender is about

Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) is inviting expressions of interest for a future requirement for an integrated aviation security screening solution. This anticipated ten-year project will cover the design, supply, installation, integration, commissioning, support, decommissioning, processing capacity testing, project management, and maintenance of the solution across ACSA's national airport network. Interested parties are invited to submit their expressions of interest. A briefing session will be held on 22 September 2026 at 10:00. The closing date for submissions is 9 October 2026 at 12:00.

Scope of work

• Design, supply, installation, integration, commissioning, support, decommissioning, processing capacity testing, project management and maintenance of an integrated aviation security screening solution.
• The solution is required across the Airports Company of South Africa airport network.
• The anticipated lifecycle for the solution is approximately ten years.

• Submit expressions of interest by 12:00 on 9 October 2026.
