ADVERTISEMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR WITH CIDB GRADING OF 9CE FOR SPECIAL MAINTENANCE OF PRIMARY ROAD P18/4 AND ACCESS ROADS FOR A DISTANCE OF 44 KM BETWEEN HOBHOUSE AND LADYBRAND FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SAFETY, ROADS AND TRANSPORT FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS.
