REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF CONTRACTORS FOR THE PROVISION OF GENERAL BUILDING MINOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON AN AS AND WHEN BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS IN THE KWAZULU - NATAL REGION.

Scope of work

• Provision of general building minor maintenance services on an as and when basis for 36 months.
• Services include demolitions, removal of existing works, doors, windows, roofs, floors, ceilings, partitions, and sundry metalwork.
• Scope includes taking out and removing piping, sanitary fittings, glass, mirrors, and general building rubble removal.
• Provision and installation of temporary barriers, screens, ceilings, wall finishes, brickwork, windows, doors, security gates, and flooring.
• Includes supply and installation of plumbing fixtures, sanitaryware, and associated fittings.
