THE APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLE MULTI-DISCIPLINARY BUILT ENVIRONMENT SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING THE OHS AGENT, TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN PLANNING, DESIGNING, AND MONITORING OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY (MRF), COMPOSTING FACILITY AND OTHER SUPPORTING STRUCTURES IN KOUGA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY IN THE EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE, FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS
