APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER CLEANING AND HYGIENE SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT LAND REFORM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT– GERT SIBANDE SHARED SERVICE CENTRE (ERMELO AND PIET RETIEF) OFFICES FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS.

The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development is seeking a service provider to render cleaning and hygiene services for its offices in Ermelo and Piet Retief, within the Gert Sibande District Municipality, Mpumalanga. The contract will be for a period of 36 months. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 10 November 2026. Proposals must be submitted by 11:00 on 25 November 2026. This is a Request for Proposal procurement method.

Scope of work

• Appointment of a service provider to render cleaning and hygiene services for the Department Land Reform and Rural Development - Gert Sibande Shared Service Centre (Ermelo and Piet Retief) offices for a period of 36 months.

How to submit

• Proposals must be submitted by 11:00 on 25 November 2026.

Special conditions

• Bids must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the closing date of submitting your bid proposal, during this time they may not be amended. • Bid document must be completed by the authorised company personnel from the bidding company. It is also expected that the contact details (cell phone/ telephone and email address) of the authorised personnel are provided on SBD 1 the invitation to bid page under supplier information section of the document. All bid correspondence will be sent to the authorised personnel. • Bid response should be packaged or contained in a sealed envelope which is clearly marked the bid number, description, closing date, the company name and the name of the authorized person and their contact details.
