APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER /CONSULTANT FOR THE PROVISION OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO THE DEPARTMENT AND MONITORING OF INTEGRATED PUBLIC TRANSPORT NETWORKS(IPTN) IN CLUSTER A MUNICIPALITIES (CAPE TOWN, GEORGE, AND NELSON MANDELA BAY) FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS.

Scope of work

• Develop an inception report including project plan, methodology, stakeholder map, compliance checklist, and governance framework.(Annexure D.template.compliance wit..., sheet Compliance with TOR Checklist)
• Develop an integrated, fit-for-purpose organisational structure compliant with DPSA standards, including a Risk Management Plan.(Annexure D.template.compliance wit..., sheet Compliance with TOR Checklist)
