APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO ASSIST WITH THE DRAFTING OF THE REGULATIONS IN TERMS OF THE AIRPORTS COMPANY AMENDMENT ACT, 2020 (ACT NO.17 OF 2020) AND THE AIR TRAFFIC AND NAVIGATION SERVICES COMPANY AMENDMENT ACT, 2020 (ACT NO.18 OF 2020) FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS

The Department of Transport is seeking a service provider to assist with drafting regulations for the Airports Company Amendment Act, 2020 and the Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Amendment Act, 2020. This appointment is for a period of twelve (12) months. Bidders are required to submit both a paper copy and an electronic copy of their pricing schedule. Pricing must be quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and exclude VAT. The bid closes on 29 October 2026 at 11:00. A non-compulsory virtual briefing session will be held on 15 October 2026 at 11:00.

Scope of work

• Assist with the drafting of regulations in terms of the Airports Company Amendment Act, 2020 and the Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Amendment Act, 2020.
