The provision of Facilities Management Services (FMS) and Technical Services required for Properties Management in the Cape Coastal Cluster, Western Cape in the Atlantic and Protea Zones

What this tender is about

Eskom invites small businesses to quote for the provision of Facilities Management Services (FMS) and Technical Services for Property Management within the Cape Coastal Cluster, Western Cape. This includes services for the Atlantic and Protea Zones. Tenderers are required to familiarize themselves with the sites before submitting their quotes, as no rate changes will be permitted after submission. The contract will be based on the NEC3 Term Service Agreement. A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 15 October 2026. Submissions must be made by 10:00 on 3 November 2026. Eskom will not be liable for any costs incurred in the preparation of the tender.

Important requirements

How to submit

• Tenderers must submit a copy of the Bills of Quantities fully priced and extended with their tender.
