THE COLLECTION, ASSESSMENT, REPAIR, REFURBISHMENT, ASSEMBLE, TEST, AND DELIVERY OF MILLING PLANT SEAL AIR FAN RUNNERS AT DUVHA POWER STATION FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS AT DUVHA POWER STATION

Scope of work

• Collection, assessment, repair, refurbishment, assembly, testing, and delivery of milling plant seal air fan runners.(Environmental requirements.docx, section start)
• Strip and inspect seal air fan assembly.
• Clean shaft/axle, inspect shaft concentricity/alignment, MPI shaft for cracks.
• Shot blast impeller, MPI/DPI weld inspection, repair defective welds, impeller runout inspection.
• Pre-balance inspection, dynamic balancing.
• Supply of bearings, new impeller, new shaft, plummer block, coupling, and compensator.
• Supply of grease and consumables.
• Provide engineering assessment report, ITP and quality documentation, test run and vibration analysis.
• Provide calibration certificates and refurbishment data pack.
• Transport and delivery of refurbished items to Duvha Power Station.

Important requirements
