Scope of work

Important requirements

• Bidders must provide proof of previous relevant experience in loading and hauling services, with a minimum of 5 years for full points.(ANNEXURE G - PRICING SCHEDULES.xls..., sheet scoring sheet - 200t)
• Experience with volumes exceeding 10 million tonnes per annum and prior experience with opencast mining services is preferred.(ANNEXURE G - PRICING SCHEDULES.xls..., sheet scoring sheet - 200t)
• Bidders must submit CVs for a qualified Site Manager (min. 5 years opencast experience) and Mine Surveyor (min. 5 years experience).(ANNEXURE G - PRICING SCHEDULES.xls..., sheet scoring sheet - 200t)
• A detailed equipment list with proof of ownership or lease agreements is required, including minimum specifications for excavators, dump trucks, dozers, graders, water bowsers, and diesel bowsers.(ANNEXURE G - PRICING SCHEDULES.xls..., sheet scoring sheet - 200t)
• The age of the bidder's equipment will be evaluated, with equipment less than 2 years old scoring 100%.(ANNEXURE G - PRICING SCHEDULES.xls..., sheet scoring sheet - 200t)
