THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RIGID (HARD) GASPERMEABLE, SOFT, SCLERAL CONTACT LENSES INCLUDING PLUNGERS, VARIOUS FITTING SETS (SCLERAL, MULTICON, ASTICON, KERATOCON AND MAXICON OBLIQUE) AND MULTIPURPOSE SOLUTIONS 100/120ML FOR THE EYE CLINIC IN THE OUTPATIENTS (OPD) AT GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL FOR A THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD.
