REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR CISCO UNIFIED CALL MANAGER LICENCES FOR PRASA

Scope of work

• Renewal and installation of Cisco Unified Call Manager licences for 12 months. The current licences expire on 24 September 2026. Required licences include Cisco Flex upgrade A-FLEX-3 - Licence Code: A-Flex-EAPL (EntW On-Premises Calling).
• The bidder must have a certified Cisco engineer for the installation and activation of the licences.

• Pricing is only allowed under Section 13 of the Pricing Schedule on SAP Ariba. Failure to comply will lead to automatic disqualification.
