REQUEST FOR QUOTATION DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRASA QUALITY ASSURANCE STRATEGY, GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK AND OPERATING MODEL OVER A DURATION OF THREE(3) MONTHS

Important requirements
