REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR AN APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR PROVISION OF SUITABLY QUALIFIED SAP RESOURCES ON “AS AND WHEN” REQUIRED BASIS OVER A SIX (6) MONTHS CONTRACT TERM TO PRASA TO PERFORM VARIOUS SAP SUPPORT AND ENHANCEMENTS

The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for suitably qualified SAP resources. Scope of work

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line maintenance and support for various SAP modules including FICO, MM, HCM, EAM, RE & LUM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and ABAP developments.
• Perform SAP support and various enhancements on an 'as and when' required basis over a 6-month contract period.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration, customization, and data issues within SAP systems.
• Design and implement fixes, enhancements, and small changes for SAP systems.
