Scope of work

• Design, Supply, Install, Test and Commission Power Factor Correction equipment for a period of 24 months.
• Provision of site camp establishment, office and storage, travelling, health and safety file preparation, barricades, and first aid kits.
• Provision of full-time Health & Safety Officer and security guards for the duration of the contract.
• Supply, Deliver, Install, Test & Commission of Solar PV Panels, Inverters, Automatic Transfer Switches, and Battery Systems.
• Supply, Deliver, Install, Test & Commission of Mounting Structures, DC Cabling, DC Combiner Boxes, Circuit Breakers, and Distribution Boards.
• Supply, Deliver, Install & Test of AC Cabling, General Purpose Wire, Surfix, and Cable Terminations.
• Supply and installation of Insulated Copper Earth Wire, Communications Cable, and Trenching & Backfilling.
• Design, Supply, Test & Install Lighting Protection System, Earthing System, and Issuing of Certificate of Compliance.

Special conditions

Mandatory Criteria : (a) Only tenderers who are a CIDB contractor grading of 7EB OR 7EP or higher. Bidder to provide CIDB registration printout/document/certificate as proof. (b) Attendance to the Compulsory Site Visit (Attendance register will be used as proof). (c) Use of Pricing schedule/BOQ provided in/with this bid document (Appendix 2)
