APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE THE RENEWAL OF MICROSOFT 365 E5, MICROSOFT 365 COPILOT, MICROSOFT TEAMS, AND MICROSOFT PROJECT LICENSES, SUPPORT, AND MANAGING OF TENANCY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

The Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC) is inviting bids for the renewal of Microsoft 365 E5, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Project licenses. The contract will also include support and management of the tenancy for a period of three years. This is an open tender process. Bidders must submit their proposals by the closing date of 26 October 2026 at 11:00. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 8 October 2026 at 14:00.
