TERMS OF REFERENCE TO APPOINT A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE BACKUP TAPE MEDIA, COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION, AND STORAGE SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS

The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) is seeking a service provider to offer backup tape media, collection, transportation, and storage services. This contract will be for a period of 36 months. The delivery location for these services is 1303 Heuwel Avenue, Centurion, Tshwane/Pretoria, 0001. This is a Request for Quotation process. Interested parties must submit their quotations by the closing date of 14 August 2026 at 11:00 AM.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A QUOTATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF IT IS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY THE ATTACHED SBD FORMS COMPLETED IN FULL AND SIGNED.
