REQUEST FOR QUOTATION TO APPOINT A SERVICES PROVIDE TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER DIESEL IN BRAAMFONTIEN AND DURBAN AS AND WHEN NEEDED

What this tender is about

The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) is seeking a service provider to supply and deliver diesel. Deliveries are required in Braamfontein and Durban on an as-and-when-needed basis. Quotations must be submitted by the closing date and time of 8 October 2026 at 12:00. Scope of work

• Supply and delivery of diesel to Braamfontein.
• Supply and delivery of diesel to Durban as and when needed, with 2000L per delivery.

• Bid response documents must be hand-delivered to UMJANTSHI HOUSE, 30 WOLMARANS, BRAAMFONTEIN, JOHANNESBURG on or before the closing date. Ensure you sign the submission register.
• Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and reach PRASA before the closing hour on the closing date.
