APPOINTMENT OF A QUALIFIED SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF AD-HOC REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR HP AND DELL LAPTOPS, RUGGED X T200 TABLETS, AND THE PROVISION OF ON-SITE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIANS AT THE NHBRC MAIN OFFICE

What this tender is about

The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) is seeking a qualified service provider for a 12-month contract. The services required include ad-hoc repair and maintenance for HP and Dell laptops, and Rugged X T200 tablets. Additionally, the provider will supply eight on-site IT Support Technicians, with one technician assigned to each of the eight designated NHBRC main offices, providing support one day per week. Bidders must submit quotations on the official forms. The closing date for submissions is 18 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. A non-compulsory virtual briefing session will be held on 9 September 2026.

Scope of work

Important requirements

• Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in laptop/tablet repair and on-site IT support.(NHBRC RFQ 02 07.docx, section EVALUATION DETAILS)
• Each IT Support Technician must have Matric/Grade 12, a relevant IT qualification (preferred), a detailed CV, and a minimum of one year's experience in ICT End User Support.(NHBRC RFQ 02 07.docx, section EVALUATION DETAILS)
• Bidders must provide positive, written, contactable references for laptop/tablet repair and/or IT support services.(NHBRC RFQ 02 07.docx, section EVALUATION DETAILS)
