APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER PHYSICAL SECURITY GUARDING SERVICES FOR THE OFFICE OF THE VALUER-GENERAL (OVG) FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS
