The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint a suitable service provider for the Renewal of Connect Direct Services and Support for a period of twelve (12) months.

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to renew Connect Direct Services and Support for a period of twelve months. This includes providing services for Production, Test, and DR Servers, as well as Secure+. Support requirements encompass onsite and remote assistance (capped at 30 hours), file transfer investigations, first-line application support, knowledge transfer, and configuration or installation of the Connect Direct service. Bids will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system, considering price and specific goals such as Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI), women, and persons with disabilities. All quotations must be submitted via email by the closing date and time.

Scope of work

• Renewal of Connect Direct Services and Support for a period of twelve (12) months.
• Provide Connect Direct Services for Production, Test, and DR Servers, and Secure+.
• Offer support including onsite and remote assistance (max 30 hours), file transfer investigations, first-line application support, knowledge transfer, and configurations/installations.
• Perform upgrades to latest versions/packages and migrations for the Connect Direct service.
