Scope of work

• Provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the existing generator at QCTO premises for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
• Includes general servicing, oil and filter changes, cooling system checks, battery inspection, electrical connection tightening, belt and hose checks, control panel testing, ATS inspection, cleaning of generator room, fuel and exhaust system checks, and performance testing.
• Emergency breakdown attendance is required within an agreed response time.
• Supply of consumables such as oil, grease, and coolant is included.
• Monthly maintenance reports must be submitted after each service visit.
• Travel costs, including mileage or transport, are to be factored in.
