APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER(S) FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEANING CONSUMABLES, CHEMICALS, AND INDUSTRIAL CLEANING EQUIPMENT TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN REVENUE SERVICE (SARS) OFFICES NATIONWIDE.

The South African Revenue Service (SARS) is seeking service providers for the supply of cleaning consumables, chemicals, and industrial cleaning equipment to its offices across the nation. This is an open tender process. Bidders are required to submit pricing proposals for specific clusters they wish to bid for. All prices must include VAT and be inclusive of all SARS' requirements. The pricing template must not be altered. Bidders must complete all required sheets within the pricing template for each cluster they are bidding for. Pricing must remain firm for 180 days from the closing date. A signed hardcopy and an Excel version of the pricing proposal are required. The tender closes on 21 October 2026 at 11:00.
