The Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority (Sasseta) invites proposals for the appointment of a panel of four experienced labour law experts. These experts will serve on the panel from the date of appointment until 31st March 2030. The services are to be delivered at Sasseta's offices located at 74 Waterfall Drive, Corporate Campus Building 2, Waterfall City, Midrand. This is a Request for Proposal procurement method. Bidders must submit their proposals by the closing date of 21 October 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Scope of work

• Appointment of a panel of four (4) experienced labour law experts (Labour Law Firms) from the date of appointment until 31st March 2030.

Important requirements

• Bidders must complete Annexure B (CV Template - Team leader) as it is a disqualification criterion and will be used for evaluation purposes to demonstrate assignments led by the Team Leader/Project Manager.(3. Annexure B CV Template - Team l..., section start)
• Bidders must complete Annexure C (CV Template for the two (2) additional Team members) for both the 1st and 2nd additional team members.
