APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEMS (ELECTRONIC FIREARM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & ELECTRONIC KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE HEADQUARTERS ON BEHALF OF GOVERNMENT PRINTING WORKS (GPW)

Scope of work

• Supply and install an electronic firearm management locker with individual weapon compartments, RFID tracking, biometric access control, and audit trail functionality.
• Supply and install an intelligent ammunition storage system with RFID or barcode tracking, electronic locking, user authentication, and transaction logging.
• Supply, install, test, and commission a heavy-duty ammunition storage door with reinforced steel construction, high-security locking, and fire/blast resistance.
• Supply, install, test and commission Electronic Key Cabinets with a minimum of 290-key slots capacity, featuring RFID key tagging, biometric access control, and audit trails.
• Supply, deliver, install, configure, test, and commission smaller Electronic Key Cabinets with a minimum of 32-key slots capacity, supporting RFID, biometric readers, and role-based access control.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for 36 months, including user training, documentation, warranty, fault resolution, system updates, and troubleshooting.
• Supply, deliver, install, configure, and commission desktop computer workstations for armoury personnel to operate the Firearm Management System.
