APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT A ONE (1) DAY WORKSHOP FOR THE NFVF EMPLOYEES ON THE PLANNING CYCLE AND INITIAL INPUT INTO THE 2026/27 ANNUAL PERFOMANCE PLAN AS WELL AS FINALISATION OF 2026/27 ANNUAL PERFORMANCE PLAN AND FACILITATE A TWO (2) DAY STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION BETWEEN THE NFVF BOARD/COUNCIL AS WELL AS SENIOR MANAGEMENT IN REVIEWING THE NFVF 5 YEARS STRATEGIC PLAN IF NECESSARY.

The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is seeking a service provider to conduct a one-day workshop for its employees. This workshop will focus on the planning cycle and initial input for the 2026/27 Annual Performance Plan, as well as the finalisation of the same plan. Additionally, the service provider will facilitate a two-day strategic planning session for the NFVF Board/Council and senior management. This session will involve reviewing the NFVF's 5-year strategic plan, if necessary. Proposals are to be submitted by the closing date of 1 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Scope of work

• Conduct a one-day workshop for NFVF employees on the planning cycle and initial input into the 2026/27 Annual Performance Plan.
• Facilitate a two-day strategic planning session for the NFVF Board/Council and senior management, reviewing the 5-year strategic plan if needed.
