PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO DEVELOP AN INTERGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN (IWMP), ROADS AND STORMWATER MASTER PLANS (RSWMP), ELECTRICITY MASTER PLAN (EMP), AND MANAGEMENT PLAN TO REDUCE NON-REVENUE ELECTRICITY (MPNRE) IN SUPPORT OF ENOCH MGIJIMA AND BLUE CRANE ROUTE LOCAL MUNICIPALITIES.

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) is inviting proposals for professional services to develop several key master plans for the Enoch Mgijima and Blue Crane Route Local Municipalities. These include an Integrated Waste Management Plan (IWMP), Roads and Stormwater Master Plans (RSWMP), an Electricity Master Plan (EMP), and a Management Plan to Reduce Non-Revenue Electricity (MPNRE). This is a Request for Proposal process. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 2026-09-08 at 10:00. Proposals must be submitted by 2026-09-18 at 10:00. Scope of work

• Develop an Integrated Waste Management Plan (IWMP) for Enoch Mgijima and Blue Crane Route Local Municipalities.
• Develop Roads and Stormwater Master Plans (RSWMP) for Enoch Mgijima and Blue Crane Route Local Municipalities.
• Develop an Electricity Master Plan (EMP) for Enoch Mgijima and Blue Crane Route Local Municipalities.
• Develop a Management Plan to Reduce Non-Revenue Electricity (MPNRE) for Enoch Mgijima and Blue Crane Route Local Municipalities.

Important requirements

• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session on 2026-09-08 at 10:00 is mandatory.
