APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF HYGIENE SERVICES FOR THE WESTERN CAPE REGIONAL OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS

What this tender is about

The Media, Information and Communication Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority (MICT SETA) is inviting quotations for the provision of hygiene services at its Western Cape Regional Office. This contract is for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The appointed service provider will be responsible for the supply, installation, maintenance, servicing, replenishment, and cleaning of various hygiene-related equipment and consumables. Key services include the installation and maintenance of dispensers for paper towels, sanitary bins, seat surfaces, and antibacterial soap, as well as urinal auto-flush systems, surface cleaner foam, air fresheners, and silver wall bins. Quarterly deep cleaning of ablution facilities is also required. Bidders must submit their quotations by 11:00 AM on 21 September 2026. Late and incomplete submissions will not be considered. All prospective suppliers must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database.

Scope of work

• Installation, maintenance, servicing, replenishment, and cleaning of hygiene equipment and consumables for 36 months.
• Supply and delivery of surface cleaner foam (3 units monthly) and antibacterial dispenser soap (1 x 5-litre container monthly).
• Monthly supply and delivery of four (4) air freshener refills compatible with installed dispensers.
• Quarterly deep cleaning of all ablution facilities, including floors, walls, toilets, urinals, basins, taps, dispensers, bins, and doors.
