THE NATIONAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION (NRF) SEEKS TO APPOINT AN INDEPENDENT EXTERNAL SERVICE PROVIDER TO UNDERTAKE A COMPREHENSIVE MAPPING AND ASSESSMENT OF ITS STAKEHOLDERS AND DEVELOP A STAKEHOLDER FRAMEWORK AS THE KEY DELIVERABLE.
