Scope of work

Important requirements

• Tenders shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the closing date of tender.(Annexure A- Remedial Works BOQ.Rev..., sheet Preliminaries and General)
• The contractor shall price all items in the Bills of Quantities, including those where quantities are not stated.(Annexure A- Remedial Works BOQ.Rev..., sheet Preliminaries and General)
• The contractor must allow 32 days for inclement weather in the programming of works, with no claims for extensions for consequential delays.(Annexure A- Remedial Works BOQ.Rev..., sheet Preliminaries and General)
