APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 9400m² OF grey 80mm INTERLOCKING PAVING BLOCKS AT BULTFONTEIN TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT OFFICES.
