REFURBISHMENT WORK TO ENABLE DIGITAL RADIO HIGH SITES COMMUNICATION NETWORK AT TRANSNET RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER(TRIM) BUILDINGS NATIONALLY (WESTERN REGIONS) FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS ON AN “AS AND WHEN” REQUIRED BASIS.
