The State Security Agency (SSA) is inviting small businesses to submit quotations for an AI Driven Video Management System. Scope of work

• Provide an AI Driven Video Management System for a National Operations Centre (NOC) and four remote sites.
• Ingest 150 camera feeds per remote site for facial recognition analytics.
• Utilise 25 of the 150 camera feeds per remote site for Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) analytics.
• Provide crowd detection and associated analytics for crowd behaviour.
• Implement continuous recording with 8 MP resolution, 30 fps, H264/H265 compression, and 10-12 Mbps bitrate.
• Ensure a 30-day retention period for all recorded video.
• Provide N+1 redundancy with automatic failover for critical systems.
• Support 20 concurrent NOC operators.
