APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTRE IN PEARLY BEACH IN THE OVERSTRAND LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, WESTERN CAPE.
Special conditions
The Bid documents may be collected from 07 August 2026, during the following hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 to 16h00. Documents will be available or issued at the Briefing Session for those prospective bidders who have pre-booked and provided a Proof of Payment prior to the date of the compulsory clarification meeting to the SCM official, Mr Mzubanzi Mntumni at Mzubanzi.Mntumni@dlrrd.gov.za, and no later than 24 hours before the tender clarification meeting is to be held. A non-refundable tender deposit of R 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand) per set of documents, payable by EFT into the following bank account:
