ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EVENTS MANAGEMENT PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS TO MANAGE AND EXECUTE ENTERPRISE ILEMBE EVENTS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS

What this tender is about

Enterprise iLembe Economic Development Agency is inviting proposals to establish an Events Management Panel. This panel will be responsible for managing and executing various Enterprise iLembe events as needed over a period of thirty-six (36) months. The delivery location for these events will be the Sangweni Tourism Centre in Ballito, KwaDukuza, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a Request for Proposal procurement method. Interested parties must submit their proposals by the closing date of 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Scope of work

• Establish an Events Management Panel to manage and execute Enterprise iLembe events as and when required.
• The panel will serve for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
• Events will be managed and executed at the Sangweni Tourism Centre - Ballito - KwaDukuza - 4420.
